It all started with one small stall on the B1 floor of MAYA Chiang Mai. It opened on 5 September 2016 (B.E. 2559) with braised beef noodle soup and papaya salad — now in our 11th year.

Bowl after bowl, mortar after mortar, we tasted, tweaked and tasted again — the broth, the noodles, the dressing — until every bowl came out exactly the same, today, yesterday and tomorrow. Today that little stall is an old favourite that locals and travellers make a point of stopping by, now with bold stir-fried noodles and Thai-style spaghetti too.

Our founder is also someone who simply loves chicken rice — hunting it down at every shop worth the name, remembering every detail from the tender chicken and fragrant rice to the little cup of sauce on the side. One day came the decision to make a recipe of our own: thigh meat, sauce blended fresh daily, garlic fried in-house. That became the newest member of the family, GO ME' Chicken Rice, opened in January 2026 (B.E. 2569).
